SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on every order to anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before being dispatched.

Delivery time: We work with international partners to bring you the best quality at a fair price. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days once your order has been processed.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs: Orders under AUD 1,000 are generally not subject to import duties in Australia. In rare cases, international parcels may be held for customs inspection, which can cause delays outside our control. If you are ever charged an unexpected fee on delivery, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at purrvitall@gmail.com and we'll help you track it or arrange a reshipment or refund.
