TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and purchasing from Kinfold, you agree to the following terms:

1. About our products. The Kinfold Everyday Sling is a baby carrier designed for babies who can hold their head up well on their own, up to about 2 years. Always read and follow the instructions included with your sling, keep your baby's face visible at all times, and follow the TICKS guidelines for safe babywearing. Do not use the sling while cooking, running, or near heat sources, and never leave your baby unattended in it. Stop using the sling if it shows any sign of wear or damage.

2. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Accuracy of information. We work hard to make sure our product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are completely free of errors. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Intellectual property. All content on this website (text, images and logos) belongs to Kinfold and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Kinfold is not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions for use. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Kinfold is based. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.
